During this lockdown, every hour counts. I need a refund for my R479. If you can't get with the demand right now then rather stop fooling the people. The RICA step must be BEFORE the payment not after. I request a refund. almost a week since they such my money and never activated my SIM. I made it known to all my staff at Wits University how ****my this company, esp when they ignore all my previous requests to contact me or refund. We'll see who's the biggest loser here
