Rain is a big No

I have sent numerous emails to complain about the services, in a response email from them I was told if I want to cancel they would happily refund me, beginning of this month January 2021 they deducted my payment and asked them to please cancel my services. They deducted for January and now telling me that they cannot refund me because this payment was for services used in December. How stupid am I, been paying upfront for the month since I started the services with them. They are ***** and actually syole from me.
