RAIN IS A ****

I took Rain since 2020 during covid when we were requested to work from home and when I initially got it I paid full amount before delivery meaning when I pay I pay for the month that im currently using it was pro rata because the month was about to end from then I have been paying them monthly in December of 2025 I spoke to a bot requested cancelation as I was not using the router from the 10th bot told me to cancel on the app that's exactly what I did I accepted terms & conditions which did not include any outstanding payments nothing happened then in January 1st I got a message to say I must make promise to pay of R50 I said no today im checking to understand why the router has not been collected again im speaking to a bot telling me that I owe money an outstanding amount of R1246 which is for December and January how when the router has been off I mean doesn't Rain say we pay for service that we are using so im not using it but im requested to pay for it because my account is still NORMAL
