Rain is the worst internet service

They are *****ing people's money, there is a beacon that is in my area that has been under review for repairs since December 2023.

I have ****ty internet connection throughout the year and December 2024. I had nothing, I was buying data with money I didn't have just so I can have internet in my household.

I have done atleast 6 maybe even 10 tickets with one that was answered by a lady that couldn't speak English and all she did was tell me to move my modem around, reset, restart which I had already done with no success.

Got off a 10min call with someone else that has to escalate the problem because they can't even help me.

I am paying for a service that I can not use.
