I aksed to cancel my subscription 6 months ago and nothing was done about it, everh month i kept getting messages about debits bouncing. Saturday i told them im not going to pay and stated my reasons. I was told i owe R4800 od bouncing Debits of which i asked 7 months prio for a cancelation. I waa told mt issue has been solved and it's canceled. Today i still get the same message that my debits have bounced. How because i was told ita solved.
