Rain is a **** and disgusting!!!!

I requested an upgrade from Rain and It was granted, I then quested Rain collect the old device and the didn’t, a month later Rain double billed me, I requested a refund and they promised to refund me, a month later Rain is double charging me for the second month in a row, old device still not collected, spoke to 4 different Consaltant and all of them promised to cancel the old device, to date none of kept their promise of processing my refund, cancelling the old device under my profile and collect it!!!! Now am trying to log another complaint with Rain, I held for 9min only for the 5th Consaltant to hang up on me from a call duration of 11min😡😡 how do I get rain to refund my money?

All these Consaltant’s told me rain will be in contact with me, guess what? Am still waiting for that phone call!!! Am very angry and disgusted by Rain

Their store in Roodepoort is useless, they couldn’t help me, I just dropped the old device there!!!!
