I paid my bill and still have stupid banner saying i didnt pay, the billing team has been sent proof of all payments, last month it was the same issue, Trying to debit my account when you have already been paid and confused with your own invoices that i have paid, Yall apologise everytime but every month there is a billing issue Your network is Horrible, your customer service is terrible and unreachable,

Easier to call when offering a sales call but when tech issues and lagging networks you ****ers take 7 years to resolve.
