Poor customer, I requested cancellation on December, been logging tickets for months asking a cancellation and they never reached out yet they are still charging me.The service has been off since December 15 because I only paid half for that specific month and then requested cancellation due to no coverage Mpumalan****ou telling that i should settle my account for no services rendered.Rain is the worst service provider in the country, infact they are ****mers.Rain is not a month to month contract but the amount has been accumulating since december when i requested a cancellation.
