Rain is a ****

I am very disappointed with Rain, I joined Rain 2023 August but lost my job then. I haven't been using their services until yesterday 22 February 2024 when I went to pay my subscription of R559 to my surprise the WIFI didn't work until I called their support service, they told me my subscription was canceled I don't know how and why they allowed me to use my last money to pay them . They told me they can't reconnect or refund me I will have to get a new router from them and start paying again from the 1st of March. Why are you ripping us our money? Do you know how hard we work to get that little money? You then tell me there's nothing you can do to help me. U have a very bad worse service ever wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service. I mean if you wanted to cancel why wait for me to pay????? I want my money back and I don't understand your excuses 😒
