Rain is a total *****, they charged me for months of which the was no internet, I didn't even use their internet. They where supposed to deduct the monthly payments from my partners account,they did not. Now when I ask the consultant why did they charge me for months of which the was no internet. They are telling they are not charging me for the rain Router they are charging me for something else. How come😡. When I app**** for this router, I wanted internet of which they failed to give. Now they are charging me for gods knows what mxm😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 RAIN IS A ****!!!

So what service if the was no internet 80% of the time. I would also like to cancel cause the is no use of using RAIN if the is no internet. Mxm
