RAIN IS A ****

I still havent received a call to fix my bill.Shows R3323, i am being charged an extra r1330 for no reason.

Since December ive been trying to resolve this and being told there was a month prior to November that i hadnt paid

I HAVE SENT proof of payments and still the bill hasnt been corrected
