I started complaining from December 2024 about your network issue and told you I'm paying for a service I'm not using and nobody was interested in helping me and today I am owing you for service I haven't used? How?

Rain is a ****, because when I started with them they said it's a pay as you use, I stopped paying because of lack or rather poor service.

Called them many times and today I'm told I'm owing??
