RAIN IS A ****!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very disgusted by the service rain is giving me. I got disconnected on the 6th June 2024 because of none payment. They debited R335 on the 26th which I believe was for the usage of May. I want to understand why am I being debited another amount of R325.50 because that cannot be a prorata for June!!!. Rain you are a ****!! WHY WOULD I BE CHARGED R325.50 WHEN YOU SWITCHED OFF MY SERVICES?????. I even have a lot of unpaid charges on my account while my services were off. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
