Rain debited R499 on the 25th March 2024 and my subscription date is the 1st, they debited before the date, now on the 01 April 2024 they want to debit again while they switched my internet access off. I asked them to cancel my subscription now they are telling me I owe them. How can I owe the while they debited R499 which is the amount for a month, it's not even yet 25 of April 2024, they are owing me those outstanding days ahead but they are telling me I owe them. You pay as you use because if you don't pay they switch off your internet but they are telling me stories that I owe them, while they supposed to refund me and cancel my subscription or alternatively reimburse me the outstanding days. They are still busy debiting in my account refusing to cancel my subscription. So this is what you will experience with rain. They were lying saying they can't find me on the phone and I was listening to the agent speaking to someone else on the call who wanted assistance with password because I wanted to cancel she ignored me saying she can't hear me while I can hear her, I don't know how's that possible.
