Rain network they are ****mers.. i wanted to cancel my subscription December and i was told that i have an outstanding payment, so that raingo refused my cancellation. I raised money and paid on the 26th of February 2025, immediately tried to cancel and same thing happened my cancellation was rejected. i then made a phone call to rain and the lady who was helping me said on her side she could not processes the cancellation however ill receive an email of cancellation.. till today im still waiting n currently my account has been charged for the upcoming month..
