rain is a ****
l been trying to cancel our subscription since septmber 2024. every time we phone (every month) then the person on rain says someone will us back no calls we have too many Reference Numbers but nothing is done . no feed back after a weeks wait. We do not use the rain device as we got Fiber but they still deduct R569.00 from our account EVER month this is ********.
