Good Afternoon
My name is Zakhele. And I am hereby putting a complaint againts rain. I have been a faithful rain customer along with my wife. 2 months ago we decided to stop paying rain and on the 25th of April they didn't find money in my Wife's account and they suspended the account for April. Fast foward to last Saturday, Rain sends my wife a message that she's still in suspension then this morning in my Wife's other Tyme bank account they take the money. While along she's been using fnb. And then they say we used data for April yet it was never credited and the router was not picked for two months now.
This is *****ulent. How can Rain go to her other personal ficad account. Means Rain is a **** scheme telecommunication and the pay as you go mandate was just for marketing at first. You deducted our Daughter's school fees and transport money and hope you sleep well at night. You dont understand how hard we work to earn this peanut money. And then you just enter and take without the account holders consent.
Pay as you go and nor contract add was just for starters huh. We need our daughter's school money back or u gonna feel the heat. The school is gonna call you and ull pay the school fees and the Transport for June. You dont understand the lifestyle of people

All we ask for is the money back because u **** to her that we used the data for April. And u gave *****ulent dates. We never ever ever used the Rain Data. Last time we did it was March. My Lawyer will be phoning you and I promise we gonna expose rain for taking money from an account that was never part of the pay as you go "contract" as u call it. The Tyme bank account is for our kids savings. We made a notice to get the money today to be able to pay our child's fees because we've been behind and then you guys take it. This is very very unprofessional
You guys don't understand how hard we work amd how stupid sometimes we follow your instructions but you don't keep your promises. We can't pay Rain cause we dnt have money, we only have money to put our children through school. We don't need Internet.
