RAIN IS A ****
My internet service was suspended end of October 2025 due to non payment. I had no internet for 4 months. Now in February 2026, I got debited 3 times, R3057. They say it was for previous months, where i never used any internet because my line was suspended. Can you imagine departing with so much money for free donation to RAIN while you have other important monthly obligations. Please be very careful giving rain your card details because they will keep *****ing your money even if they didn't render any service to you. I requested a refund and make payment arrangements if I owe them so that I pay my other bills. They refused, and I am left stranded.
