Rain is a ****!
Very very poor communication, I’ve been wanting to terminate for the longest of time now and the only way to talk to these agents is if you request a call back! They’ve been charging me for the past two months and I haven’t been using their services. When I request for callback it doesn’t happen. Got to speak to an agent once and was promised that I’ll be sent an email with refund options and cancellation processes! I’m frustrated to the max. Even heading to their drop off locations so I can at see someone physically who’ll definitely get a peace of my mind.

09 Mar 2024, 12:34Went to the store to deliver your machine and I’m told that I’m only going to get refunded for the month of March whereas I haven’t been using your services since Feb and it’s clear to see that looking at my usage! Had you guys been good with your communication channels you’d know I’ve been trying to terminate this since the month of Feb. I’m going to need that full refund of R1021,52! This is ridiculous
