Rain is a ****,I called in April to cancel my WiFi and I was advise that my last payment will be end of April I paid and they cancelled, my internet connection was cut of on the 1st of may even came and collected the router but today am receiving sms and WhatsApp to pay I called them today and the consultant says I am billed for April so what was I paying for in April,rain is a month to month so way must i pay if they cancelled and disconnected they internet.
