Rain is a ****!!!!

Rain has got to be the worst service provider. A ****!!!! They first gabe me routers that dont work and i had to stat without internet only to come back and charge me a lot of money and told me I upgraded which I didnt I was told I will get a refund , I waited 10 days for a refund and now I am just hearing stories and that they will call me but no is calling back!! I want my money back. When its a sales call they call within seconds when its another issue they drag their feet.
