Rain is a ****

I took the Router of R559 a month, I did not make payment for December 2023 and my services were cut on the 2nd of December 2023 which is understandable because no payment was made. Now when I check my account today I see that I owe R1677 which came as a shock because from what I know Rain is "Always Upfront" meaning a subscription fee paid in advance which enables you to use the Services during your account cycle. So that means that should I not pay I will not use their services but there should not be any amounts accumulating. Called their help line and spoke to Munja from India who firstly gave me an outstanding amount of R2000 and something which is different from what I see on the website and also could not give me a proper explanation just that rain can charge me even if their services are suspended. I need this rectified because your services have been suspended since 2 Dec 2023 up until today so I don’t understand why I’m being charged
