Once again my services are cut. My account was in a credit in September and balance owing for October was 381. I paid this on the 24th and YET I woke up to an overdue balance of 625 for the 25th of November. What the hell. All services cut. You people need to get your **** together cause you AI is ****. Your wifi cuts out and to top it up your raingo system doesnt update on weekends. My balance owing was R0 yesterday. How did we get to 625 for 25th November today?
