Rain is **** !!

I canceled my simcard within 7 days as Rain stipulates, so I could get my refund. 1stly, the reason I had to get a SIM card for 7 days is because my original son got damaged and that ***** company called RAM took forever to deliver my sim swap card. My temporary sim was activated on t he 17th and canceled on the 24th. I’ve gotten calls from agents in that time and one asked if I would like my refund in my bank account or kept as credit. I said she can keep it as credit as I will just buy a sim at Clicks and activate the sim. Now, rain is claiming I don’t have a refund with them as the sim was cancelled later. They’re telling me all sorts of **** th eh should’ve told me prior about the consultant I spoke to not having told me that canceling online means the sim only cancels month end. I am so ****en ****ed with this company , I want my money back !!!!!! I have no sim delivered from Ram and I’m getting TV just as ****tier service from rain!!!!!!
