Rain is ***********

Ridiculous and *********** service from this company. I have used Rain for years and so I decided to upgrade to the RainOne for R559, i called on the 18th and was advised by sales person named Babalwa that if I go ahead with new package I will only be debited R1 (as per the promo) , router was delivered (they obviously made sure of this) then it worked that night, the following day it stopped working (it suddenly had network issues, i tried everything, every window and spent the day online trying to make it work) I called in and requested cancellation because I came across reviews complaining about the very same thing, the consultant Lindokuhle assured me that he will cancel the old contract with immediate effect and said his manager said i will not be debited the full amount. I then called back to confirm with another agent who said he will add a "special note) and send confirmation on of cancellation with immediate effect to me as I pointed out that I will not be debited for something I did not use , she assured me , but still it is active , on the website it says it will only be cancelled on the 30th , how !? why was I misled with information. I do not want your services anymore , why am I being forced "know for a fact I will receive a response claiming that "we apologize for the inconvenience, , nywe nywe nywe" How do I get a new product and it suddenly stops working the next day and then I am promised immediate cancellation another 24hrs goes by and its still active
