Rain is a **** and a ***** divan internet company.we have been dealing with one simple issue of changing our billing dates and also upgrading our services.

The customer service is apauling to say the least and the agents are rude and arrogant we have been double debited for no particular reason that makes sense to say the least.

If this is not fixed by the end of this week I'm taking legal action against them.
