I was on a 4g which was not working okay for several months and had to change to a 5g that happens to be the same thing I complained about and it’s been two days now that I have been wasting my money calling and they have not been able to resolve this problem. Worse is that when they are on the phone with me and my airtime gets depleted they don’t care to call you back. This people need to stay out of business cause it’s nothing but **** as their description doesn’t correspond with the product they offer. I intend to smash their router and wait for their lawyer to take me to court cause I won’t be loosing out on my money.

It'll be unfair to anyone who doesn't owe to be spending extra hundreds in trying to resolve their connectivity problems. Anyway thanks for making sure my problem was resolved. I hope I don't have to go through so much pressure in the nearest future.
