Rain invoices are a mess

I was supposed to make a payment for the month of July of R250 however it states my account owes R500. I was surprised and was forced to change the payment date. My sim card was activated on the 31 of May 2021 of which I also payed R250 then made a payment end of June however it doesn't reflect. The rates are ridiculous and I don't even knw which months am paying for. Rain please fix my case coz the email: *** is not working and call centre not answered
