Rain - Invoices

How many phone calls does it take to received invoices? Between being put on hold, and calls just being cut off, to being told log out of your gmail so the that you can receive the invoices is beyond pathetic. This is why i left Rain, worst service ever. Can someone come here with an email address or a contact number of someone who can send invoices and not tell ***! Two days, now no emails received from Rain
