Rain invoice bill not updated & provider unreachable

I’ve been struggling to get ahold of this company if anything they lack customer service they are unreachable on March I made a partial payment of my bill but I can’t seem to locate it on my invoice and can clearly see the payment I made wasn’t noted as made because the bill I’m currently owing added instead of subtracting the amount I have paid tried to contact them via email support twice and via landline they’re unreachable instead the keep shoving me with SMS’s to settle the bill which I will not until they handle the issue at hand SICKENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
