Rain Internet/Wifi
For the passed 3 months I’ve been taking screen shots of my WiFi speed using Rain Sped Test. Currently I’m paying for 60mbps but getting 30mbps. I have phoned Rain and explained this to them. I have used their what’s app messaging and they make the same promise all the time with absolutely NO SERVICE! I have asked whether I will be reimbursed as a result but empty promises are made! The worst service, ****s, *****s!!!!!! Rain internet is ****! If I could give them a minus rating I would! Complete *** service! THE WORST!

On numerous occasions! I have phoned and I have sent what’s apps! Absolutely no service at all! Then I get asked the same **** questions but again I say NO SERVICE! Utter *******!!!
