Rain internet: you cannot reach them

What kind of service does rain run that you cannot call any contact number? The offices are closed. We just paid for 5g unlimited r999 per month and with the reviews we are seeing. We are considering cancelling the whole thing and get our refund. How do we reach them? Even their customer support you cannot send messages when you get to submit it just freezes. What is wrong with these people. At least have a contact centre we can call you can work from home but be intouch with your clients!!
