Rain Internet, worst provider ever!

This is by far the worst internet service provider. What's the point of providing your customers with "affordable" prices, but you're unable to provide them with the actual service they're paying for. I ordered their R479 unlimited internet package 3 weeks ago and paid the upfront fee, but the SIM is still not activated. I'm still waiting on a response to my emails and Facebook posts (as they don't accept calls at the moment), but nobody seems to be interested in responding. If you can't provide me with a service, atleast give me my money back!
