RAIN INTERNET - WORST IN THE WORLD
I've had no Internet Connection for 7 days now. I've called the "support team" more than 8 times now, they just don't care. I've got 11 routers of which 6 are in my stores and 5 at my properties. I will be cancelling my services today.
This is outrageous.

I hear the same song everytime. Sorry this and sorry that. I want this issue resolved now. Not in an hour, NOW.
If this is not resolved in an hour I will cancel all 6 contracts today.
