Rain Internet/ Wifi is Awful!!!!!

Rain is Awful!!!!! Route was delivered very quickly to my house, however I am now waiting for 2 WEEKS just for Activation. I am to-date still battling just to get this 1 issue sorted, not the i am looking forward to be a Rain Customer any longer. I have requested a Cancellation i included "Team Leaders" in the emails with no success of getting the Cancellation done.

• More than 30 calls made by myself to Rain - No Consultant including “Team Leaders” could resolve the issue. • Spoke to various Consultants with Complete “don’t care attitude”. • Different reasons and guidance was provided, as if the consultants does not know what they doing • I was advised Escalations has No “turnaround time” • No process flow in place for escalations • Consultants refused to re direct calls to Bill department. • Consultants refused re-direct calls or provided Management cantact number or email address, saying they Not allowed to • I was told “a New Department was created for the issue – and I must just wait” • Empty promises being made by Team Leaders. • Calls Not being returned • I was even told the “Team Leader was off with his team” and i must wait
