Rain Internet very slow with no help for over a month

I emailed Rain on the 27th of June due to extremely slow internet speeds, then again on the 5th and then again on the 15th and 16th. All replies came back with an automated response. I finally got a reply with an apology but then nothing after that. I then emailed AGAIN 4 more times with no response, i am still waiting for somone to try and assit me with my issue...
