Rain Internet Very POOR!!

Since Yesterday from around 15:00 pm i had again very slow speed while the connaction is running. Signal Strength is good. JUST poor service. Logged X2 tickets but it seems like Rain Technicians are not getting the issue resolved. Most probably playing with the new Modem they have. That being SAID. RAIN IS utterly useless and the Contact Centers just as useless. Ticket Numbers : #***1 and #***1!!!!! Please FIX ASAP as i need to work and we cant watch any online news or platforms.
