Rain internet useless

Spoke to Nellie and Thuli, and numerious other operaters but they are full of empty promises and " Escalations " My internet stopped working 2 weeks ago and ive spoken to them almost daily to get rectified. to my dismay nothing can be done but still the prob;em lies with them. I was informed that I will still be billed as normal even though the service towers from their side is faulty and there is nothing they can do to help me .
