Rain internet useless

Worst internet service provider. Joined Rain just about a week, having endless problems, complained, received two reference numbers, on different days, I was told via email, that an agent will contact me, nothing to date. I am paying for uncapped, but it seems they have capped us, no internet at all during the day, at night, speeds are at 0. 25mbps, what a joke. No help from Rain, fedup, thinking of cancelling.
