Rain Internet Upgrade a NIGHTMARE!

This Company has the worst service i have ever had to deal with , i have a R250 uncapped sim which i dont abuse but watch you tube videos ect. now they cap all video to 360p but give a 10mb download speed , how stupid do they think i am, I am now trying to upgrade to a full UNLIMITED package at R479 and they tell me they are busy and will take longer than expected , 4 Days later from their promised 24-48 hour.We are in a economic crises and Rain Internet can do what they like not caring if they loose clients , Wow Rain , In the beginning service and Speeds where fantastic but now are slower than Dialup. Oh and 5G is not 5G if you throttle and shape it.
