Rain Internet uncontactable, Do not respond to Web Messages and not one phone

I have an urgent need to make contact with rain in connection with ******** activity associated with my SIM card. there is simply no possible way of getting a telephone number to contact them on. On there their web site you can send them a message and they promise to contact you .. Well 4.5 days later not a squeak out of them. They are uncontactable do not keep their promises and would you want to have a service provider who you cannot contact?
