RAIN INTERNET TOWERS DOWN - DISMAL SERVICE

Dismal service. You call the call center, and end up speaking to someone in their home and there are kids screaming and dogs barking and they are not focused on resolving your query. They can confirm that the tower is down, but no ETA on the repair. It comes up for half an hour and then gone for 3 days. They have no problem communicating with you to inform you of upgrades and early payment settlements but cannot be bothered to respond or assist on the real Customer Service Entry Requirements and Troubleshooting. For the times that I also did a speed test, the 5G line was only pushing 6mps / 7mbps respectively. For that price, I have opted to cancel and go with Afrihost. I do not recommend RAIN at all to anybody
