Rain internet, the worst you can find
This is the worst network I have ever experienced. I have the 5G R699 package, which continuously hangs. None of the technicians respond to your query and no contact number to call them on. I would advise people not to purchase rain, they are pathetic!

I asked in one of my many emails if I need an external antenna or dish to get my network up and running properly, with no response. I have had problems since I signed up, so now your excuse is the tower!
