Rain internet the worst!!!

Rain internet is the worst!!! The advert says that i will get up to 10mbps and my speed test shows that i dont even get 2mbps Only one device can be linked otherwise everything is slow This is unacceptable!!! I pay for 10mbps Please fix ny speed on my rain simcard otherwise i will cancel my rain internet.
