Rain Internet terrible slow

Having Rain internet , it's a worse nightmare which you can't get use to it and frustrates a lot. i've been with Rain service provider for over a year now. I work from home (one person connects to internet during the day) and i rely solely on internet to execute my daily duties, i don't do downloads that much . but with this Rain 4G, during the day or night it's either the internet is terrible slow or no network at all, yet there its full bar indication on the LTE modem. Speed test its 0.9 mbps downloads, 7.9mps upload. And i have to pay R479 every month
