Rain Internet terrible company, they are a *******

The wifi has been out of order since the first week of January i have called numerous times to complain, they tell me the tower in my area is not working , the back up batteries have been ******, I sent an email on the 17th January cancelling my month to month contract with them for the second time and i get no response, and now they debit my account with R739, when i have not received any service from them, or responses to my email. Never will i ever deal with Rain or recommend them to any body i know, disguising company to do business with, very sorry i did.
