RAIN INTERNET TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVING A SERVICE

i had interest in taking a 5G and 4G systems from Rain. They deducted the money the same day from my credit card. They then used 2 different service providers to deliver these cards. RAM driver just rocked up without planning with me and i was out on the road. The other delivery company would only deliver the card a week later. I then decided to inform Rain that either i collect my sim cards by Telkom or otherwise they must cancel the transactions and re-imburse me my monies. i have emailed Telkom on their complaints email and other email address and to no surprise no reply from Telkom. They are probably desperate for money, so they ***** from their customers. DONT EVER ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RAIN> YOU WILL BE SORRY>
