Rain internet taking my money

Rain is so useless i bought this rain card they delivered and charged me 170 for the first month with this card never even work.. I called rain so many times and i had a chat with a rain staff i told them there is something wrong with this card is never worked even once since is came yet they keep taking my money.. They took my number and all the details my email to and that was last month but even now no one called no one did anything yet today they took 250rand again from my account i want my money back cos so long im contacting them regarding this and they dont care.. ***
