RAIN INTERNET SUPPORT SUCKS
Rain's so-called support is non-existent. I get repeated emails saying "help is on the way" but no one ever calls. Also, I held on a call to them on their 081 no for 10 mins then was routed to another message answering service until my airtime ran out. Sucks *****. All i want to do is cancel the service, which you CANNOT DO ONLINE. ****ed off client.

29 Jul 2024, 13:20Thank you for calling me and for sorting it out. The support person was great.
Lets get a better support system in place. The Whatsapp channel is also not useful, as it seems there are no actual HUMANS manning it.
Regards,
Natalie
