Rain internet support is non existant
Poor speed. I tested my internet connection and the downloaded speed was 0.02 mps. You can't do anything with that speed. I logged a call and no one contacted me. Their service is putrid. As an internet service provider, you would expect them to have chat facilities where you could support, unfortunately, there is no support. the only contact the have is a call center where they always have call volume.

I received a communication on Facebook and followed the instructions. The router is connecting to a tower much further away. I have reset the router numerous times and it will not connect to the tower that is closest to me. The speed is ridiculously slow. How many times must I try the same thing??? It does not work!!!!!
Can someone please assist??
